2012 Rental Rates

June 1 through September 10th: $2,200 per week. $500 security deposit required. Returned within 1 week after checkout if no damage occurs.
No smoking, no pets.
Available September through November at $1,400 per week.
Winter rentals (January and February) by the week, $1,500 plus utilities or monthly, to be negotiated.
